refactor(plan): 형상계획 ②의 "A1 입력값" 읽기 전용 목록과 입력 배지 제거

- ②의 교대 제목은 이름과 편집 버튼만 남김. 편집 버튼은 받침·날개벽·형상 카드를 여는 역할을 유지
- 읽기 전용 9행 목록은 ②에서 그리지 않음. 같은 값은 ①의 교대 입력 패널과 삽도 라벨, 부재 · 교대 행 요약에 있음
- 테스트 631건 통과, 타입 검사·빌드 통과. 브라우저 시각 확인은 미실시
