fix(view): ③ rebar table reads left to right and scrolls inside its panel

Browse Source 
The text columns were right-aligned and the table pushed the 비고 column out of
view. Text columns are now left-aligned, numbers (길이, 개수) right-aligned, and
the table scrolls sideways inside its panel.
