Not run

The shell and available browser could not access the locally spawned localhost socket (access denied / ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT or ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED). Therefore HTTP 200, actual browser-rendered Dashboard/Storybook, Theme/font/asset loading in-browser, Dashboard filter/search/reset interaction, and console/runtime error checks are NOT RUN, not PASS.
