fix(sw): restore Noto Sans KR as the SW default font

Browse Source 
Withdraw the 2026-10-20 Dotum default (user decision). The SW font token
falls back to Malgun Gothic / Apple SD Gothic Neo; the Dotum-only 4px
padding of the drawing-mode cell is restored to 8px.
