minsung 65c8da3c96 chore: scaffold claw-code + vllm workspace (#1) ...

Add multi-root VS Code workspace linking clawcodeapp with the
sibling vllm-windows project, and ignore the nested claw-code
upstream clone plus local Claude Code state dirs.
