### userfront의 `skipped` 테스트 안내
- `locale_storage_platform_test.dart`는 웹 전용 테스트(`kIsWeb`)를 포함합니다.
- 따라서 일반 `flutter test`(VM)에서는 일부 테스트가 `skipped` 되는 것이 정상입니다.
- 실제 웹 실행 검증은 별도 단계에서 수행합니다.
