Claude 133db4e3f7 feat(viewer): colour lining by fortification pattern and shorten buttons ...

- Lining segments take a colour per 지보패턴 (order along chainage); the pattern
  checkbox shows the same colour. Colours come from dv tokens; patterns 7 and
  beyond use a 50 % tint of the token.
- Button visual height 36px (was 44px) on the user's instruction; this overrides
  the Prism 44px default (spec 1.4 rank 1). 24px WCAG AA minimum is still met;
  the 44px AAA enhancement target is not.
