User request (2026-10-21): --hm-sw-viewer-button-height back to 34px (16px shrank
other viewer header buttons, e.g. 전체 보기); DESIGN_RULES token table matches.
The open icon keeps its 16 x 16 area (--hm-sw-viewer-icon-size, margin 0) and the open
padding 0 12px 0 24px. No Props, public .d.ts unchanged.
