shkim4 6b60096752 feat(center-graphic): tunnel and bridge section shapes in simple examples
Deploy Storybook / deploy (push) Successful in 1m11s 
- CompactFacilityConnection gets an optional segmentShape ('tunnel' |
  'bridge'); omitted keeps the narrow centre strip
- Tunnel: 30% rounded section with a white outline and a dot on each end
- Bridge: 30% square section with white end lines and a square mark at
  each end

shkim4 c56cfc4931 feat(center-graphic): centre administrative labels on their column axis 
- Section 4 demo: each row centred in its column, captions kept left
- Plain labels take the trailing letter-spacing out of their box so a
  centred label is centred on its letters
