style(sw): widen the viewer panel bottom gutter to 8px
Deploy Storybook / deploy (push) Successful in 1m10s

The transparent bottom border outside the scrollport of SWViewerPanel bodies
goes from 2px to 8px (padding-bottom stays 0), so scrolled layer, property and
option rows stop 8px above the frame border. Plain SWPopup keeps its 7px
bottom padding.
