Fix accessing bundled swagger json behind reverse proxy

If swagger-ui is run behind reverse proxy in path other than / accessing
bundled swagger json configured in SWAGGER_JSON env variable will fail.
Fix that by changing REL_PATH prefix from `/` to `./`
