fix: use specPath prop to resolve operations in OperationContainer (#4272)

* Use `parameterWithMeta` to get parameter data in <ParameterRow>

* Prefer specPath when fetching resolved subtrees in OperationContainer

* Add test for OAS3 callback rendering

* Remove debugger statement
