Re-test of every sample in the browser viewer and headless Node, the
history of 13 handled errors with before/after/current captures for the 8
that could be reproduced, newly found issues (Fit cropping, %%% control
codes, symbol-only CP949 strings, broken e2e) and the library packaging
assessment. scripts/parse-dwg.mjs is the headless parser used for it.
