목적

ADR-003 B9(FEM 전략)이 외부 FEM 라이브러리 의존 시나리오를 가정하고 작성되었으나,
실제로는 자체 FEM 솔루션을 보유하고 있어 결정 내용과 비중 조정이 필요하다.

작업 항목

  • 현재 ADR-003 B9 내용 검토 (Output/reports/ADR-003-architecture-followups.md)
  • 자체 FEM 솔루션 역할 및 범위 정리
  • MIDAS·IFC SAV 전략의 비중 재조정
  • ADR-003 B9 섹션 개정 (또는 ADR-004로 분리)
