bridge_scene: girder_height 파라미터 단면 기하학에 실제 반영
kds_standard() 대신 SceneParams.girder_height를 PscISectionParams.total_height에 연결. 슬래브 위치와 거더 단면 높이가 이제 함께 변경됨. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
