pip를 uv pip로 바꾸면 퍼포먼스가 향상됩니다. uv 관련된 내용을 찾아 확인 후 적용해 주세요. (아직 100% 호환은 아니라 시도가 필요합니다~)

/lectom/fastapi-torch-boilerplate/src/branch/main/dockerfile 의 15~22줄을 보면 참조가 될겁니다
