샘플 ClientId 수정 및 로그인 창 조정

- appsettings.json: ClientId를 콘솔 등록값(4e4c88fc-...)으로 수정해 invalid_client 해결
- LoginWindow.xaml: 로그인 창 크기 조정 (520x760 → 1200x700)
- LoginWindow.xaml.cs: WebView2 UserDataFolder 이름 변경 (WebView2 → SSOWebView2)
